Before you get started
Do I need an appointment?
An appointment is recommended so the right person can join the discussion. You can request one through the Contact page.
Can meetings be held online?
Yes. Initial discussions, demonstrations and project meetings can be held online when suitable.
Do you work with organisations outside the UAE?
Yes. We can work remotely and arrange on-site involvement where the project requires it.
Products and services
Where can I see your products?
The Products menu contains the current DigiXtreme product pages, including features and use cases.
Can I request a product demonstration?
Yes. Select Product Enquiry on the Contact page and mention the product you would like to see.
Can DigiXtreme work with our existing software?
Yes, where it makes sense. The best option depends on the system you already use and what information needs to move between systems.
Do you provide user training?
Yes. Training can be planned for administrators, key users and day-to-day users based on the project scope.
Working together
How does a new project start?
We begin with a short discussion about the business need, current situation and expected result. The next step is agreed after that review.
How long does a project take?
It depends on what needs to be done, the systems involved, the data, the number of users and what needs to be ready. We agree a realistic timeline before the work starts.
Can you work with our internal IT team?
Yes. We agree who is responsible for what, what access is needed and how the teams will communicate.
Support and contact
How do existing customers request support?
Use the support channel agreed for your project. You can also select Customer Support on the Contact page.
How can I request a brochure or company document?
Open the Downloads page, choose the document you need and submit the request.
Where can I learn about security and privacy?
The Trust Centre gives a short overview and links to the relevant policies.
